Junior Consultant (Management Consulting)

• Must have 5+ years consulting experience of successful delivery/participation of management consulting projects or delivery of relevant activities as part of workforce
• Identifying and gathering business requirements, and reviewing related information to design and implement robust and innovative solutions;
• Performing cost modelling, business case development, and solution architecture
• Project management with proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Strong business & industry knowledge – preferably in Healthcare, life sciences and Retail
• Skilled at putting together decks and presentations
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment – skilled at MS Office, Google Workspace
• Self-motivated and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically
